Sharity jumping her first gymnastic
The Youth and Adult Beginner and Advanced Programs, headed by trainer Mary Svalstedt emphasizes the basic skills that make up a successful foundation in riding.
A lead-line lesson, one-on-one instruction for ages 3 and up, offers kids a fun way to improve motor skills and coordination, develop communication skills, and foster empathy for animals by caring for the horses and ponies before and after each lesson. As riders gain independence they can move on to a full private lesson or group lesson, and learn to ride at a walk, trot, and canter, as well as learn basic jumping skills.
Our advanced program offers challenging but safe training for both horse and rider. You can bring your own horse or ride one of the safe school horses offered at BEC.
